I did not have to notch the tensioner. In reality, you should have more slack in the belt since you are moving the heads/ cam gears closer to the crank which would create more slack in the belt right? I ended up with .25* retarded on right exhaust cam, 1.75 retarded on right intake cam, .25* advanced on left intake cam and haven't checked left exhaust cam yet. I need cam gears...
